What if I need a new computer?
We can quote you a new system that meets your company objectives. We will onboard it onto our platform and your network and hold your hand throughout the process making sure you are satisfied and able to continue doing what you do best.
Do you help with WiFi issues?
Yes! We have provided solutions to Schools, Hotels, Industrial, Restaurant and Office. We can definitely help.
Do you work on Cisco?
Yes. We can provide help with Cisco.
Do you sell or lease Printers or MFP units?
No, we do not. We provide support and aid in helping setup and making sure your products work well within your workflow. We have relationships with companies that provide the sales and leasing that we work with to facilitate the best solution.
How does the helpdesk work?
When we onboard you as a client, we install our remote monitoring and management system onto all of your assets, and we can securely remote into assist anytime you need us. You simply need to call, email, open your portal, or use the app to submit a request and we will get back to you quick to schedule the service. If it is something we can do without interrupting the user, we will work on it in the background and send be in touch when the ticket has been completed.
What if we need Cabling, Racking, and Buildout?
While it’s not something we do often anymore, we have a ton of experience in many different business sectors, installing structured cabling and building out data centers. It’s actually the humble core of how this all started. We know it all from the ground up. If this is a service, we can feasible provide we will quote it for you. We have also acted as a general contractor for large buildouts to make sure everything was done right from start to finish, coordinating with Electricians, Plumbers, and HVAC contractors to get the job done. One way or another we can get you there.
